It seems like India is all set to become the world’s largest country by population by 2024, overtaking Chinese population of 1.4 billion.
According to Weforum, this growth isn’t expected to slow until around early 2060. There is a prediction that by the year 2100, its population will have decreased but still higher and approximately around 1.5 billion.
By Then, China’s population will have fallen to around one billion. This is approximately a decline of 400 million people in comparison to today.
