Get enough sleep:
Along with physical exercise and a healthy diet, you also need to get enough sleep. When you will sleep, it will help you to be more under control and become more efficient in your daily activities. Just avoid taking coffee or tea in the later hours at night as it will stimulate your hormones and will keep you awake. Once you get better on your sleep, you will have improved focus which will help you to improve your overall performance.
Find healthy ways to cope with stress:
Everybody has to deal with stress on almost every stage of life. It is kind of unavoidable but what you can do is that you can train yourself not to absorb the impacts on a deeper level. Practice yoga, meditate, and maintain a journal to record all the stressful times of every day. See how you react and find a better alternative to deal with stressful situations. If you do not like to write everything then you can record everything on your phone which you, later on, can remove. Also, you can talk to your best friend about it and you will feel a lot better.
