The provincial government of Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa recently live streamed a press conference on Facebook but someone accidentally enabled the CAT filter. Even though it was a human error and the actual video was deleted later, it has become a point of discussion for the world as major websites such as Verge, BBC has projected this news.
Everything was going according to a schedule. Provincial minister, Shaukat Yousafzai was talking about decisions made in the provincial cabinet in Peshawar but then something unexpected happened, a volunteer covering the press conference live on Facebook accidentally turned the CAT filter on.
