A new tool that lets you export data straight to Google Sheets from Google Analytics reports has been released by Google.
Deeper insights and simpler team cooperation are made possible by this update.
Streamlining Data Analysis
You may now export Google Analytics data to Google Sheets using the “Export to Google Sheets” option.
The procedures below can be used to export a report to Google Sheets:
- In the report’s upper right corner, select “Share this report.”
- Click “Download File.”
- Select “Google Sheets for Export.”
Up to 5,000 rows of data will be included in the output file.
Enhancing Collaboration & Sharing
Not only can you export data to Google Sheets, but you can also distribute reports via a URL.
Working together with stakeholders and the team is made simpler as a result.
To share a report link, a user needs to have the Viewer role at the property level. The link can be copied and shared with others as soon as it is produced.
