Both Hanks were tested in Australia. The actor is working on a movie about Elvis Presley. In the movie, he is playing Elvis secretary and after shooting he started to feel very tired, achy with fever and was tested.
“To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the coronavirus and were found to be positive,” Tom Hanks.
“The Elvis biopic filming has been closed down. I understand, it will be 14 days quarantine and testing … our heart goes out to Tom and his wife,” Tom Tate, said Mayor of the Gold Coast in a press conference.
