The basic aim of these updates is to fix bugs and bring an improvement to the performance. The company is making minor adjustments for now as it promised to store the Message database in iCloud. For the iPad, this update seems like a completely new software platform. By the availability of drag and drop file feature, app icons, and an access to the operating system, a device is turned into a more capable tablet. For launching apps and managing documents more easily, there is available a new app switcher and a files app.
