Behold – Apple Unveils iPhone XS, XS Max and XR

Apple has introduced its best smart phones ever. They may look similar in looks with their predecessors but they are fast, advanced and they offer a lot. Apple unveils three phones named the XS, XS Max and XR (pronounced ten-S, ten-S max and ten-R).

All three models offer upgrade in hardware specs and most importantly, superior performance.

All new models come up with large, nearly bezelless screens with a sizeable notch at the top. The notch exists to hide a range of different sensors such as dot projector, an IR camera and a front speaker with the microphone.

iPhone XR comes with an aluminum body, a 6.1-inch 1792 x 828 (slightly lower than Full HD) resolution “Liquid Retina” LCD.

Both XS and XS max have a Super Retina OLED display. XS has 5.8 inches and the XS max features Apple’s largest display on an iPhone yet, with a 6.5-inch panel. Apple claims all phones have durable glass ever.

New phones have better, improved Face ID and security is raised as well. Apple will offer the XR in three storage varieties i.e 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB whereas XS and XS Max will be available in 64 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB options. All three phones will have iOS12.

Dual Sim:

The biggest surprise is the dual sim. The phones use an embedded or eSIM as well as a slot for additional SIM card. The embedded eSIM will be issued by the mobile phone carrier.

Cameras:

iPhone XS and XS Max have 12MP wide-angle f/1.8 sensor paired with a 12MP Telephoto f/2.4 lens. The also support image stabalization. Users will experience stereo sound recording in videos on the XS and XS Max.

Apple claims that XR is their best camera ever released. XR also achieves bokeh effect in portrait images using AI.

$1000 for the 64 GB iPhone XS

$1100 for the 64 GB iPhone XS Max
