Consuming five alcoholic drinks each week could lead to an early death. According to research, which analyzed about 600,000 people in 19 countries, it was revealed that people who consume alcohol, beer are highly likely to suffer a fatal heart attack, stroke, and fatal aneurysms.

The study was published in a medical journal on Friday and says drinking 100g of alcohol only in a week is equal to five glasses of wine. It increases the risk of mortality and fatal diseases.

The journal also states, drinking between 200g and 350g of alcohol a week that is equal to 10 to 18 glasses of wine could cut many years off a person’s average life expectancy.

Drinking is a bad habit, one should quit it as soon as possible and live a healthier life.
