Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for JS Bank’s Returnship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Gender Requirement: Female professionals currently on a career break, prepared to re-enter the workforce.
- Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience before taking the career break.
- Educational Qualifications: Possession of a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC Recognized University.
- Functional Area Expertise: Relevant education and experience in the functional area of interest.
