Nobody needs to know the real you and you should not make extra efforts to open up enough.
Don’t open yourself completely to everybody, irrespective of how close they are to you.
The reason being, people are very judgemental and they create their opinion quickly based on incomplete data about you.
It is very important not to explode out of your skin and expose your true self. Don’t roll out enough about what you are thinking and what you plan to do in life, how essentially you are going to get there in the future.
It’s your life, take control of the wheels. Nobody needs to know the real you because the world does not easily accept the real you, especially, when you are halfway there.
The only individual you are accountable and should be answerable should be “You” only.
My advice to you is, Underpromise, Overdeliver and keep surprising people. Never reveal your next move. Don’t be predictable. The world does not need to know each step of your journey.
Let your work speak volumes about your achievements!
