One-third of skills (35%) that are considered important today will not be in high demand by 2020

Over one-third of skills (35%) that are considered important in today’s workforce will change in next 2 years. The fourth industrial revolution will bring in the demand of advanced robotics and autonomous transport, artificial intelligence and machine learning, advanced materials, biotechnology and genomics, WEF reports.

A new Forum report, The Future of Jobs, looks at the employment, skills and workforce strategy for the future.

By 2020 and in next few years to come, the most in demand skills will be.

3. Creativity.
4. People management.
5. Coordinating with others.
6. Emotional intelligence.
7. Judgement and decision making.
8. Service orientation.
9. Negotiation.
10. Cognitive flexibility.
