Recruitment, translated as “بھرتό” or “اشتداد” in Urdu describes the process of actively looking for and hiring people to fill job openings within an organization. It involves a number of steps, beginning with determining the need for additional staff, writing job descriptions, posting job openings, vetting, and shortlisting applicants, holding interviews, and finally choosing and orienting the selected candidates. For organizations to find qualified and appropriate talent and make sure that the workforce fits the company’s needs and objectives, effective recruitment is essential. This process plays a pivotal role in shaping the composition and capabilities of a team, contributing significantly to an organization’s overall success and growth.
