Samsung’s Research AI Center Chief Gray G, said in a recent interview while talking to the Korea Herald that the Galaxy Note 9 will come with a next-generation version of the company’s advanced artificial intelligence features. He said that the Bixby 2.0 will debut on the Galaxy Note 9 with innovative, advanced features.
“Samsung’s AI vision has five directions: user centric, always learning, always there, always helpful and always safe,”
Although he did not talk at length about all the features but confirmed that when Samsung releases its Galaxy Note 9 flagship model later this year, it will have the most intelligent and capable Bixby than what we currently see in the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9 phones.
It seems like besides some software updates, the Galaxy Note 9 may not have any substantial changes. The device may come with the same design as the Galaxy Note 8 with the same dual-lens camera as of Galaxy S8.
It is speculated that the device however will be faster and more powerful, thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845.
