This feature made was introduced in an August beta version of the app for Windows phone so there is no doubt that it will make its way to iOS and Android soon.
Right now, there is no way of scrapping a message once it has been delivered to the recipientās phone so it is strictly recommended to actually think before typing and hitting the send icon. We expect the feature to officially rollout to all iOS/Android users shortly.
