In a BBC program Inside The Factory, Series 3 , Cherry Healey gets some scientific tips on making the best possible cup of tea with a tea bag.
The advice she gets is:
- Don’t use plastic cup, they dilute the taste.
- Use red mug.
- Put the tea bag in the cup and put boiled water, wait for exactly 5 minutes for the caffeine to take its effect.
- Put milk.
- Steer gently, you have got your best tea ready.
