According to the study, employers decided to increase employee salaries by 43% for those working in sales and marketing, 42% for those in finance, 41% for operations, 37% for those in legal, regulatory, and compliance, and 35% more for those in human resources.
The effect of AI and skill-building on salaries solves at least part of the problem perfectly in an era where salaries hardly cover the cost of living. Thanks to AI, professionals who want to increase their income can now do so by developing in-demand AI skills.
