Whatsapp announces a new feature that is under development a revamped text editor. This feature will allow you to edit your images, videos, and GIFs with new and improved tools and fonts. This feature is also being developed for WhatsApp beta on iOS, but they have some great news for Android users. After installing the latest WhatsApp beta 2.23.7.17 update from the Play Store, some lucky beta testers may already have access to this awesome feature!
Exciting New features:
You can check if the new text editor experience is available for your WhatsApp account by opening the editor. If the feature is enabled for your account, you’ll be able to edit your photos, videos, and GIFs using some fantastic new tools, such as:
- Tap one of the font options above the keyboard to switch between different fonts. This makes it much easier and quicker to select the font you want.
- Aligning the text left, center, or right. This gives you greater control over formatting text within your images, videos, and GIFs.
- Changing the text background color. This feature makes it simpler for you to highlight important text.
- Trying out some new fonts, such as Calistoga, Courier Prime, Damion, Exo 2, and Morning Breeze. These fonts are currently being tested by beta users.
The new text editor is currently available for some beta testers who install the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android. Additionally, it’s available for some businesses on WhatsApp Business.
