People always love to run the latest operating systems on their phones but the issue arises when they start experiencing some problems and there are multiple reports about it. A similar case has happened this time with the iPhone’s latest versions, iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 plus.
In the last few days, few complaints regarding iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus have emerged from the owners on the Apple’s Support Forum. The complaints are about the poor sound quality during the phone calls. According to a user’s description they hear an echoing sound during the phone calls. Even if they reduce the volume of the phone, the problem reduces a bit but still does not give a good hearing experience.
There is still an uncertainty regarding the exact origin of the problem. The company has still not confirmed whether it’s the hardware issue or the software.
