What to give Claude before you rewrite anything
Claude only produces a useful profile if you feed it real material. Start with three things: your current title and overview copied exactly as they appear, the two or three job posts you most want to win, and a plain description of the last project a client genuinely thanked you for. Ask for the rewrite in that order, then check every line against what you can actually deliver.
Once the profile is fixed, the slow part of freelancing shifts to the admin around each client, and that is where using Claude to handle proposals, invoicing and client follow-ups saves the most hours in a week.
