Introduced by the Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) has secured the second place in top three Best Mobile Government Apps. Over 4,600 entries were submitted at the World Government Summit held in Dubai earlier this week.

The App was launched in October last year and has reportedly helped resolve over 250,000 complaints out of 420,000 lodged. The App is directly monitored by PM office.
In a Tweet, Prime Minister Imran khan said:

A similar App from Indonesia called Qlue Smart City has secured the 1st position. The App is reported to raise the Government’s efficiency by almost 60 percent.
PCP now has over 500,000 downloads and is currently ranked as the 7th best app on the Google play store.
