Students can apply for Romanian Govt Scholarship 2024-25: HEC

The Romanian government offers doctorate, master’s, and bachelor’s degree scholarships from HEC to non-EU citizens. All subjects are eligible, with the exception of dentistry, medicine, and pharmacy.

Doctoral applicants need a supporting statement or acceptance letter from the scientific coordinator. Admission for doctoral studies depends on passing the entrance exam.

The Romanian language is preferred for scholarships. Students claiming proficiency in Romanian must pass the language test as per Romanian law.
