WhatsApp has recently launched a web redesign that emphasizes better aesthetic appeal and readability. This update comes with a new clean interface that features darker colors that are easier to view, while changing from the dark blue to a much deeper color.
A sidebar that was previously hidden is visible now which is one of the many enhancements that have been made. Users can switch more easily now with the introduction of new buttons like Chats, Status, Channels, Communities, Archive and Starred Messages which allows for effortless browsing.
WhatsApp, as usual, has made sure that all primary functions like messaging, file sharing, and voice and video calls are unchanged. Users are still able to use WhatsApp Web seamlessly because conversations, groups and media are all still there.
The change shows how WhatsApp is using modern design approaches and still putting an emphasis on user experience. The new look is being enabled for more users gradually, so look out for the new appearance WhatsApp has come up with!
