WhatsApp has just introduced a new feature, Favorites, designed to streamline your communication with those closest to you. This handy addition lets you quickly access your most important contacts and groups, saving time and effort.
With Favourites, your family group or best friend’s chats are always within easy reach. This feature operates seamlessly across your chat list and call history, eliminating the need to sift through long lists to find frequent contacts.
Adding contacts to your Favourites is straightforward. Use the “Favourites” filter in your chat list or tap “Add Favourite” in the Calls tab to prioritize your most frequent callers. For further customization, navigate to Settings > Favourites > Add Favourites, where you can manage your list effortlessly by adding new contacts and groups or rearranging their order.
The Favourites feature is gradually being rolled out, highlighting WhatsApp’s dedication to improving user experience by enabling quicker and more effective connections. In addition to being convenient, Favorites encourage more deliberate use of WhatsApp, reducing distractions and strengthening bonds with your closest friends and family.
