X is putting more focus on Communities, a feature that lets users connect and discuss topics similar to Reddit. Now, tabs for popular Communities are pinned at the top of the app’s homepage, alongside the For You feed and Lists.
With the latest update, users can customize their Community timelines by filtering content based on what’s Trending, New, or Popular. There’s also a choice to see as it were your posts and replies inside a Community.
Additionally, when sorting by ubiquity, you can presently channel posts by day, week, month, year, or all-time—similar to Reddit’s sorting choices.

X has enhanced its Communities feature with more refined sorting options. Already, users might sort posts by Trending, Most Recent, and Most Liked, but presently they can filter prevalent posts by particular time outlines, such as day, week, month, year, or all-time.
A key expansion is the ability to rapidly see your posts and replies inside a Community, which wasn’t accessible before. These updates are currently rolling out on iOS, with plans to expand to web and Android soon.
This refresh aligns with X’s push to improve Communities, making the platform more engaging for focused discussions. Last month, X integrated Community posts more deeply by making them visible to followers and allowing anyone to reply.
Beyond engagement, Communities could play a role in X’s AI initiatives. By organizing topic-based discussions, X may leverage user-generated content for AI training, benefiting both external companies and Musk’s AI venture, xAI.
