As Artificial intelligence is finding its new grounds and possibilities, Youtube the world largest video website has rolled out a background replacement in the user videos using AI.
Google Engineers have developed a new tool that uses Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to filter out, remove the background and replace it with image. This is called mobile real-time video segmentation. This innovative new feature will definitely attract more YouTubers on the platform who can now stop worrying about the video editing part and focus on the content and message delivery.
“Our new segmentation technology allows creators to replace and modify the background, effortlessly increasing videos’ production value without specialized equipment,” the blogpost announcing the feature.
Right now this feature works for YouTube’s “stories”.
