Now, tonight, he’s set to have dinner with President Donald Trump at the White House. It’s a striking turn for a weekend that started with a comedy sketch.
The SNL moment shows how visible Amodei has become. AI executives are now public figures. They draw attention well outside the tech world. Being mocked on a major comedy show is a sign of that reach, for better or worse.
