Shortlisted developers will present their projects there. They will compete for rewards and recognition.

The initial phase will run from April 11 to May 3. During this period, participants will engage in an online challenge. They will build apps or games using Google AI Studio.

The program is completely free. It also offers cloud credits, mentorship, and access to global developer communities.

Speaking about the initiative, CEO Telenor Pakistan Awais Vohra said:

“As we move beyond connection, Telenor Pakistan’s dedication to supporting the nation’s digital future through technological innovation and artificial intelligence is reflected in AI Seekho. In a nation like Pakistan, where 65% of the population is under 30 and there are more than 140 million broadband users, this program is especially potent since it gives creators, developers, and aspiring innovators unrestricted access to innovation. We at Telenor Pakistan are already putting AI to use in the real world, from improving customer experiences and increasing operational efficiency to providing farmers with more intelligent, data-driven insights. Our goal with AI Seekho is to provide communities and individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to create, innovate, and influence Pakistan’s digital future.”

The project has a clear objective, according to Federal IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja. It seeks to make Pakistan an AI-driven economy. It will accomplish this by giving young people access to contemporary digital skills.
