Facebook made a notable announcement on Wednesday. The company is rolling out a stand-alone Creator Studio app. This new app is powered by AI. It gives creators personalized tips to help grow their audiences. It also includes new tools to help creators engage more directly with their communities. This official iOS rollout comes a few weeks after an earlier phase. Facebook had been testing the app privately with select creators before this wider release.
At the core of the new app sits Facebook’s AI creator assistant. This assistant is built directly into Creator Studio. It provides personalized recommendations based on several factors. That includes a creator’s content style. It includes their overall performance. It also factors in audience engagement patterns and each creator’s specific goals.
Creators have traditionally had to dig through charts and dashboards just to understand their own performance. The new AI assistant changes that process significantly. Creators can now get quick, direct answers to common questions. That includes things like “When should I post?” It also includes questions like, “What are people saying in my comments?” Creators aren’t limited to a single question, either. They can ask follow-up questions to dig deeper into their data.

This launch fits into a broader competitive strategy for Meta. By giving creators access to the new Creator Studio app, Meta wants to keep them active on Facebook specifically. The company is competing hard for creator attention right now.
Major rivals in that fight include TikTok and YouTube. There’s likely another motivation at play too. Meta may be trying to reduce creators’ reliance on outside tools. That includes tools like ChatGPT, which many creators currently use for content ideas and performance analysis.
The Creator Studio app comes packed with several new features. One standout addition is an AI-powered comment tool. This tool surfaces the most important comments automatically. It then drafts replies written in the creator’s own tone and voice. According to Facebook, creators stay fully in control of this process. They can edit these suggested replies. They can also approve them before anything gets posted publicly.
There’s another daily feature built into the app too. Each time creators open Creator Studio, they’ll see a feed of daily priorities. That feed includes reviewing how their latest post performed. It includes tracking progress toward personal goals. It also flags specific comments that still need a reply from the creator.

For now, Creator Studio is available to all creators on iOS. That access currently applies to users in the United States and Canada. This isn’t Meta’s only recent product launch, either. The company has clearly been on something of a product spree in recent months. Meta recently released a stand-alone app for Facebook Groups, called Forum. That app functions in a way similar to Reddit.
The company also launched an app called Instants. That tool lets users share disappearing photos directly with their Instagram friends. Meta didn’t stop there. It also quietly released a vibe-coded gaming app called Pocket. On top of that, the company launched StoryKit, an AI storytelling app. StoryKit is designed specifically to generate AI-created children’s stories for users.
