The state of Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah unveiled on Sunday the cutoff time for foreign pilgrims’ Umrah visas as it prepares to get Hajj travelers in the upcoming months.
The Saudi Newspaper reports that the government has rescheduled the Umrah visa deadline from Dhul Qadah 29 to Dhul Qadah 15.
This infers that outsiders performing the Umrah should withdraw from the country preceding Dhul Qadah 15.
This activity is a part of the public authority’s endeavor to ensure a consistent journey from everywhere in the world to the holy towns of Makkah and Madinah for the yearly Hajj pilgrimage.
The ministry additionally explained that, instead of the recently approved legitimacy beginning from the day of entry into Saudi Arabia, the three-month Umrah visa will currently be substantial from the date of issuance.
This explanation is in response to several questions sent through X, Twitter’s former name.
The ministry expresses that the Umrah visa has a three-month authenticity period from the date of issuance, as long as it terminates before Dhul Qadah 15.
This is according to the plans created by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
According to the Ministry, “This date of Dhul Qadah 15 was supported, two weeks (14 days) sooner than the as of late proclaimed expiry date of Dhul Qadah 29.”
